5K Race Course Map for Historic Alton, Illinois

Miles for Meso will weave the historic streets of Alton, Illinois. The race will begin at the location of the Simmons Hanly Conroy building (formerly the Smurfit Stone building) at the corner of Court Street and 4th Street. This is less than 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
