5K Race Course Map for Historic Alton, Illinois
Miles for Meso will weave the historic streets of Alton, Illinois. The race will begin at the location of the new Simmons law firm building (formerly the Smurfit Stone building) at the corner of Alton Street and 4th Street. This is less than 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis.
