Presented by the Simmons law firm, and coordinated by Ghisallo Running, the University City race has been fueled by the commitment of Julie Gundlach, a St. Louis resident currently living with mesothelioma. This promises to be a fun and educational event for people of all ages and athletic capabilities! So come out, have a great time, and support a great cause by helping us raise money for mesothelioma research!
ENTRY FEE
100% of all entry fees go to the Meso Foundation. Plus the Simmons firm will match every entry with an additional $15 donation to the Meso Foundation! All entry fee checks should be made out to the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation (learn more about the Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to finding a cure).
- $15 if postmarked on or before October 1st
- $20 if postmarked after October 1st
- $25 if you register on site the day of the event

PRIZES FOR PARTICIPANTS
In addition to helping raise money for mesothelioma research, there are several unique rewards for showing up for the Miles for Meso 5K in St. Louis:
- Participants registered before October 1st receive a running gear bag!
- The top three 5K finishers in both the men's and women's categories will receive great prizes, including gift certificates to Ghisallo's Running Store, memberships to Centennial Commons, and more!
- All participants will be eligbile for five $100 drawings and other giveaways!
- Awards for 1st-3rd in each age group, including Clydesdales!
Everyone is welcome. You don't need to be an avid runner to come out and have a good time. The 5K race will be a timed, competitive event, and the 5K fun run/walk will be a great chance for runners, walkers, families and others to show their support for a great cause.

Can't attend a race, but still want to support the cause? Donate to Miles for Meso online. Currently all donations generated by Miles for Meso will go to the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, a leading non-profit dedicated to eradicating mesothelioma as a life-ending disease, and are processed via Active.com.
