Thank You to the Alton Miles for Meso Sponsors

Posted on Fri Aug 19, 2011 7:54am

This year in an effort to give our sponsors better recognition, the sponsorship packages have been organized into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers based on the sponsorship amount. For more info about what each of these sponsorships entails, download the PDF sponsorship flier.

Huge thanks goes to STL Communications who has made a $5,000 donation to be our first platinum sponsor. They are a repeat supporter of Miles for Meso and we are very fortunate to once again have their support.

More thanks goes to First Clover Leaf Bank who has been a major sponsor of the Alton race for three consecutive years. This year they are a $2,000 gold sponsor with special VIP access to a luncheon after the race.

Our Silver $1,000 sponsorship package is our most popular package, giving businesses representation on the t-shirt, links on, and many other marketing opportunities. Their support helps fund the live band, children’s activities and other race day festivities.

Warm thanks for being our silver sponsors goes to:

Holland Construction
St. Anthony’s Health Center
The Tedrick Group

And finally, a tip of the hat to our $500 Bronze sponsors FathomSEO and Freer Auto who will receive a logo on the Miles for Meso T-shirt, as well as a free vendor sponsorship on race day.

Our Platinum, Gold & Silver sponsors are linked on our Sponsors Page. Please give all of our sponsors your support!

The support of the above companies helps ensure that all proceeds raised from the race are 100 percent donated to the Miles for Meso’s beneficiary – the Mesothelioma Applied Research Organization. Proceeds from this race will benefit peer-reviewed research grants, patient and caregiver support programs and advocacy efforts to secure federal funding for mesothelioma research.

You don’t have to be a business to donate money toward the race. If you are interested in helping, visit Miles for Meso’s fundraising page by clicking here.

Through the support of our national sponsor Simmons Law Firm, other corporate sponsorships, local sports groups like Metro TriClub and our participants, we are 6,504 miles closer to finding a mesothelioma cure.
